Lee hired me to design and furnish his formal living room. During our initial walk-through, I noticed that their formal dining table was so large that it extended outside the room and into the living room.  Because the living room was larger, I suggested a solution to flip the living and dining room spaces.  The new living room took over the old dining area with new paint, furniture, window treatments, chandelier and an area rug. Now, he has ample space to entertain guests and family while dining and a formal living area “off limits” to the kids.
