A $100 Gift Certificate

How it Works:

• After checkout, your receipt will contain a Gift Information Form link.
• First, Click the link, then complete the form and send it back to us.
• The form you complete tells us who will receive the certificate and how you want it delivered (either emailed back to you or emailed directly to your gift recipient).
• Within 48-hours we will send an email announcing your $100 Gift Certificate.  The email will include a personalized Gift Letter acknowledging who the gift is from along with our  contact information to schedule an appointment.
• Schedule the appointment at your convenience.  So, your certificate recipient will need to contact us to schedule.
• Booking times are flexible, so finding a  convenient time has not been an issue.
• Schedule the appointment at the Recipients home.
• Redeem the printed Gift Certificate with the Designer during the appointment.
• Schedule appointment within one calendar year of certificate purchase date to avoid forfeiture.
• NOTE:  Appointment Address must be located in Hennepin, Ramsey, Washington, Dakota or Scott, MN county.

This $100 Gift Certificate is redeemable for the face value, once only.
